About the Position.
As Contract Administrator, you'll be an integral part of a well-established project team working on a flagship Canberra commercial build. You’ll report into an experienced Project Manager and work alongside a Commercial Manager, Site Engineers, a Cadet, Site Managers, Foremen, and Leading Hands. The project is in the $100M+ range and already underway, a great opportunity to step into a major build with momentum.
Duties.
- Prepare, lodge, and manage client progress claims
- Build and maintain relationships with subcontractors and stakeholders
- Assist with compiling project reports and presentations with the PM
- Finalise projects including financial close-out and defect management
- Track and forecast project financials, including cost reporting and cashflow
- Degree qualified in Construction Management or equivalent
- Proven experience as a CA on commercial builds $50M+
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage complex contracts
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
