A rare opportunity is available for an experienced Development Engineering Professional/ Expert to lead the planning, design, and delivery of critical infrastructure in a thriving regional city located just 4.5 hours from Sydney.

DUTIES.
- Lead an integrated infrastructure service delivering water, wastewater, stormwater, and transport solutions for development projects
- Oversee development engineering processes from assessment to asset handover
- Drive the development of infrastructure policies and ensure assets meet or exceed standards for long-term sustainability
- Build strong relationships with developers, consultants, and internal stakeholders to guide infrastructure outcomes
- Support strategic planning for community and city growth through effective engineering solutions
- Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent; eligible for Engineers Australia membership
- Over 10 years of experience in infrastructure design, delivery, and operational leadership
- Proven ability to lead engineering teams and manage complex budgets and risk
- Extensive knowledge of development processes and engineering standards across water, sewer, drainage, and roads
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
