ABOUT THE COMPANY.
Lower North Shore Local Council seeking a driven, energetic HR Administration Officer to play a pivotal role in the operation of the Human Resources function of Council.
ABOUT THE ROLE.
A new position. Initial 3 - month contract – part time (3 days a week, 21 hours p/w), with potential for extension. You will work closely with the HR Business Partner and Officers across the team, managing general administrative duties and demonstrating a high level of customer service across Council and for external stakeholders. Exciting project upcoming for you to play a key role in.
DUTIES.
- Uploading documents to the internal document management system
- Day-to-day compiling, filing and processing HR documents/letters
- Ad-hoc assistance to the HR Business Partner as required
- Answering enquiries by internal and external stakeholders
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder interaction skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and positive attitude/demeanour
- Strong work ethic and capabilities to remain focused in a repetitive work environment
- Experience with volunteer coordination / work (preferable)
REMUNERATION.
$40 - $45 p/h + Superannuation
