DUTIES.
- Lead all phases of the architectural process, including preparation and delivery of DA and CC packages
- Manage project teams, consultants, stakeholders, timelines, and budgets to ensure smooth project execution
- Attend site meetings, resolve on-site issues, review shop drawings, and ensure delivery aligns with the design intent and project vision
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
- Tertiary education in Architecture, Registration is desirable
- High proficiency with ArchiCAD, able to do mark-ups
- Proven experience leading multi-residential, mixed-use, or commercial projects
