ABOUT THE POSITION.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll collaborate with an experienced team, leading key projects while refining your expertise through hands-on involvement and strategic guidance. DUTIES.
  • Take ownership of cost planning, detailed estimates, and valuations.
  • Drive tender preparation and play a key role in contract negotiations.
  • Engage proactively with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success.
  • Lead site visits to monitor progress, manage risks, and uphold quality standards throughout project delivery.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Quantity Surveying or Cost Management. 
  • Proficiency in CostX would be highly regarded.
  • A tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience across commercial, residential, education, and retail sectors are advantageous, but not essential.
